Main St. Deli is a pioneering restaurant in Hong Kong serving authentic New York favourites. Bostonian
This American restaurant has established itself as a Hong Kong food lovers' favourite for well over a decade. It offers top quality seafood served in 'serious' American portions. The Bostonian is famous for its relaxing and upbeat ambience and superb variety of food comprising fresh oysters and seafood, succulent beef steaks, ribs and lamb racks. Another feature worth-mentioning is its extensive wine list, which has been a WINE SPECTATOR award-winner since year 2001. The Bostonian restaurant offers top quality seafood served in ''serious'' American portions. There is a daily set lunch and a Sunday Seafood Brunch with an accent on all kinds of fish and shellfish, plus freshly shucked oysters.

Palm Court
This lounge in classical European décor is a cosy place to meet friends, discuss business or simply take a break from the excitement of Tsim Sha Tsui. Gilt iron screens with rich fabrics divide the Palm Court into smaller private spaces. It serves imported coffee, cocktails, English afternoon high tea and snacks and features live music in the afternoons and evenings.

Tsar Bar
Tsar Bar, a part of the Palm Court, offers a dedicated and extensive vodka menu, with more than 40 variations of vodka-based cocktails. It is the best place for a drink before or after dinner at one of the Langham Hotel Hong Kong's restaurants.

The Sweet Dynasty
The Sweet Dynasty offers authentic Hong Kong-style desserts straight from the source, plus plenty of good dim sum, noodle dishes and other a la carte items. This very popular shop is crowded with people around the clock.

You can tell by its name that the signature dishes of the shop are desserts of course! The most famous dessert is Wood Bucket Tofu Dessert which is made from soy bean and is so soft that it melts in your mouth. To ensure the freshness and smoothness, it is only made on order and is good enough for serving a group of 4 to 5. If you want to taste something more than just tofu, try mixing it with other sweet pastes. Walnut paste and black sesame paste are nourishing choices. If you want to serve it cold, combine it with a fresh fruit mix and you will be surprised how well they match.

Crystal Jade
Crystal Jade is no ordinary Shanghainese restaurant. Seven days a week, no matter whether it’s lunch, tea or dinner time, you’ll always find a long queue of people waiting to be seated outside the restaurant. The two must-eat dishes here are Xiao Long Bao and La Mian.

Just as you enter the shop, you will see the skillful noodle chefs producing La Mian hand pulled noodles behind a long glass window. Macau Restaurant
Essence of Portuguese cooking and have developed their very own fusion of local and Portuguese cuisine. But you do not need to travel all the way to Macau as Macau Restaurant has all the traditional Macau favourites!

The two signature snacks of the restaurant are Portuguese Egg Tart and Pork Chop Burger. The Portuguese Egg Tart which looks similar to Hong Kong style egg tart but a little grilled on the top, is famous for its crunchy crust and its tasty flaky custard inside. The Pork Chop Burger is well-prepared,savoury and non-greasy.

Another popular dish is Deep Fried Squab which is different from those you have in Chinese restaurants. It is deep fried just right sothat the skin is crispy while the meat is juicy inside. It is especially delicious when some lime juice is splashed on it.

Knutsford Terrace
Walk up the ramp at Kimberley Road and you will arrive at Knutsford Terrace, a popular place for dining and clubbing. The Western style, relaxed atmosphere here is very different from that of central Tsim Sha Tsui. The whole alley is packed with bars and restaurants featuring international culinary delights including Italian, Chinese, Russian, Turkish, Spanish and Japanese.

The Balalaika is one of the outstanding restaurants in the alley. Apart from serving excellent Russian food, this Russian restaurant has set up a distinctive Vodka Bar which is actually a small freezer room with window that looks out on the restaurant.
