Temple Street
Temple Street is Hong Kong’s most famous open-air market, which only comes to life at dusk. The street is filled with numerous little stalls, selling all types of goods from cheap souvenirs to casual clothing and watches. Don’t forget to bargain for your favorites!
In addition to shopping, Temple Street is also a place to experience local dining culture. Numerous of food stalls are located on both sides of the street, selling sorts of local favorites, such as Hot Pot Rice, rice dish served in a porcelain pot. If you want to have something sweet, visit Chung Kee Desert for its well-known delicious assorted beans sweet soup - Ja Ja.

Stepping into Chinese Arts & Crafts makes you feel like visiting a miniature of a Chinese arts museum. Here in this first local department store specializing in what its name says, you can find the finest embroidery, silk fabric, traditional Chinese fashion, handicrafts, porcelain and jewellery, etc. Although they sell mainly high end and luxurious products, it still worthwhile to have a visit and get yourself immersed in the spirit and the invaluable essence of Chinese culture.
